Demi Fabelo, J.D.

Demi, a born and raised Floridian, found her interest in the legal field when she interned for a local civil litigation attorney in Gainesville, Florida while pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida. After realizing that she had a passion for legal work, she worked for the student legal department at the University of Florida where she ultimately decided that she wanted to attend law school after graduating. After completing her Bachelors in Anthropology at the University of Florida, Demi went on to attend Barry University School of Law. While in law school Demi became a certified legal intern working for the Lake County State Attorneys office and then becoming a law clerk at a local office in Jensen Beach, Florida. That is where she discovered her passion for Estate Planning and Probate. Her law school experience and post-graduate work experience has allowed her to become a quick learner and stay up to date on all legal issues.

With the experience she has earned, Demi continues to explore her passion and learn something new every day working as a Case Manager for The Estate Plan Law Firm. Through this job she has learned the importance and effectiveness of this legal field. Her favorite part of the job is that no two cases are the same and every day presents itself with a new opportunity to apply her knowledge and assistance clients in the best way possible.

When she is not working, Demi enjoys winding down by going to the beach with a good book in hand. She is also an avid runner and hiker. Having completed multiple 5k races as well as the Miami half-marathon she likes using her birthday every year as an opportunity to try a new hike having completed Angels Landing and Monadnock in recent years.
